Houston, with our population of 2.1 million, is truly a city with a global feel. 
While we are the fourth most populous city in the nation, a recent Rice University study ranks Houston as the most diverse of America’s large cities. We speak over 90 different languages and nearly 100 of Houston’s 500 cultural, visual and performing arts organizations are devoted to multicultural and minority arts. As you can imagine, Houston’s cultural diversity is also evident in our restaurants…making it all but impossible to get bored with our vast dining selections. In fact, if a person with an adventurous palette decided to eat out at a different place every night, it would take over 30 years to visit all of Houston 11,000 restaurants.
