The Hashtag Love Houston website is a dynamic extension of our art wall. Both were created to inspire people to love our wonderful city as well as our amazingly diverse population. Our website seeks to actively bring this message to people by sharing Blog, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter posts about our great city and it’s eclectic mix of people, places, organizations and things to do. Sounds great, right? It is…but we need your help!
The city of Houston is enormous and covers over 8,775 square miles, which makes it larger than the entire state of New Jersey. Houston is also home to over 40 colleges, universities and academic institutions, as well as more than 5,000 energy firms. Throw in the world’s largest medical center and you can see how it would take a small army of reporters to cover all of the great things happening in our city.
